If you're not satisfied, return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email hello@tailtova.com with your order number.
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Damaged or defective? Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
