You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. Items should be in their original condition, clean and undamaged, with any original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Email hello@tailtova.com with your order number and a quick note. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
